AI First - Senior Full Stack Engineer

21 Ha'Arba'a St., 20th floor, Tel Aviv

Tomorrow.io’s Saas department is focused on building software and products at scale, from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding customer centric user experiences in B2B, B2C and B2D products that change billions of lives worldwide.

We’re looking for a AI First - Senior Fullstack Engineering who will  be a force multiplier on the Growth/Experts team - a high-output, impact-driven builder who leverages every tool at their disposal (including AI) to move at extraordinary speed.

This person doesn't wait for a perfectly scoped spec - they understand the business problem, shape the solution, and build it end-to-end. They own complex challenges across backend and frontend, ship fast, unblock teammates, and raise the bar for what one engineer can accomplish.

AI tools are a natural part of how they work, making them dramatically more effective - not a separate initiative, just how they operate.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Tomorrow.io, You’ll:

  • Build from problem to production - take a business need or user pain point, understand the "why," design the approach, and ship a working solution - even without a full design spec or detailed product requirements.
  • Ship at 10X pace - deliver complex, end-to-end features across backend and frontend at a speed that surprises people, by leveraging AI and smart shortcuts without cutting corners on quality.
  • Own big problems - take ambiguous, cross-cutting challenges and turn them into working solutions with minimal hand-holding.
  • Multiply the team - unblock teammates, share knowledge, raise quality through code reviews, and make everyone around them better.Build with impact - prioritize work that moves the needle for users and the business, not just what's technically interesting.
  • Continuous Improvement - proactively identify bottlenecks, tech debt, or inefficiencies and fix them without waiting to be asked.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

What you bring:

  • Technical

    • 7+ years fullstack development
    • Knowledge in JS/TypeScript, React, Node.js
    • Strong system design skills - can architect features and services, not just implement tickets
    • Comfortable across the full stack: backend logic, APIs, databases, frontend UI
    • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud
    • Real Production system experience and scale
    • Fluent in AI-assisted development - uses AI tools daily as a natural part of their workflow to code faster, debug smarter, and explore solutions quicker
    • Nice to have: Mapbox, GCP, WebGL

    Behavioral

    • Builder mindset - sees a business problem and instinctively starts shaping a solution. Doesn't need a pixel-perfect design or a detailed PRD to start building something valuable.
    • 10X mindset - always looking for the fastest, smartest path to a high-quality result
    • Resourceful problem solver - uses every tool available (AI included) to get things done
    • Impact over output - thinks about what matters, not just what's assigned
    • Team multiplier - lifts others up through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing
    • Ownership without ego - takes full responsibility, puts team success first

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
