We’re looking for an experienced Career Coach to support our employees in uncovering their potential, exploring career opportunities, and growing within Too Good To Go.
This could either be a part-time internal role or a consulting role, but either way, we will make sure that you feel like a valued member of our team, deeply embedded in our culture and mission.
This position can be based in either Copenhagen, London or Amsterdam. Which of these cities will be decided by where the perfect candidate is.
Your Mission:
You will work closely with employees across different levels and teams, aligning career development with our capability framework, performance model, and leadership model. You’ll also play a key role in shaping and refining a structured approach to career coaching, ensuring fairness and accessibility across our 19 markets.
Your Role:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to employees at various career stages, supporting them in navigating career growth and development opportunities.
- Align coaching support with our capability framework, performance model, and leadership model to ensure a structured and meaningful approach to career progression.
- Develop and refine a coaching framework that is inclusive, accessible, and takes into consideration tenure, performance, and business needs.
- Come up with creative and engaging ways to encourage employees to take ownership of their development and embrace a growth mindset.
- Help employees experiment with different approaches to career growth, building confidence and resilience in their professional journeys.
- Facilitate career-focused workshops, working agreements, and group coaching sessions that foster learning and collaboration.
- Offer guidance on workload management, prioritization, and professional goal-setting.
- Partner with People & Culture teams to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in employee development.
- Actively encourage feedback, role model continuous learning, and create a safe environment for employees to explore their full potential.
Requirements:
- Certified career coach with experience coaching employees at various career stages.
- A strong facilitator who can create engaging, interactive, and impactful learning experiences.
- Experience working with international teams and diverse employee populations.
- Ability to balance structured coaching methodologies with flexibility to adapt to individual needs.
- You are based in Amsterdam, London or Copenhagen
- A passion for people development and a belief in the power of coaching to unlock potential.
- A consultant who is eager to integrate into our culture and work collaboratively as part of the team.
