Do you want to be part of one of the hottest scaleups and fight food waste? 

We are searching for an experienced Finance Analyst to drive financial performance and analysis as part of our Cost & Profitability area for our Global Executive Management Functions. You will be joining our Financial Planning and Analysis team of 10 people in Global Finance.

Your role

Working closely with the Director FP&A and our Global Management, you will be responsible for and take ownership over the financial performance insights and analysis needs of our most senior stakeholders. You will work closely with your manager, as well as the rest of Finance, on ensuring top level support and transparency for our senior leaders. 

You and your manager will translate the Global Functions strategies into actionable financial plans. You will handle the development of new insights, business cases and solutions for tracking of performance. You will be part of the company’s financial planning and monthly business review processes, making sure to follow up on costs and presenting opportunities for improvements.

You will meet and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in our business. You will help them deliver impact at scale by providing relevant insights and financial perspectives, ensuring sustainable decision making and directions.

The main responsibilities will cover, but are not limited to:

  • Together with your manager, act as a financial advisor to the global management team on project & performance related matters
  • Build strong relationships with executive managers and provide ad hoc support to make the right commercial decisions, in alignment with our strategic direction
  • Facilitate discussions and follow-ups on performance of selected global initiatives
  • Own and facilitate the bi-annual budgeting process for the global functions, strategic overlays, specialised finance etc
  • Own our consolidation of budget and forecast models. Always ensure clarity on assumptions, oversight over changes to methodologies with clear communication on downstream impact, as well as proactively preparing our setups for the future
  • Deliver relevant reporting, financial perspectives and necessary support for the executive managers to live up to their budget obligations & result commitments 
  • Deliver business cases on opportunities; providing options, insights and overview of impact of business decisions
  • Participate in global strategic projects ensuring strong financial insights for better decision making
  • Deliver on our Cost & Profitability ambitions - Design and build governance and tools for cost optimizations and avoidance. 

Requirements

We are looking for a spirited and cooperative colleague with high integrity, a positive why-not attitude and passion for supporting our business owners. 

  • You have Relevant Master’s Degree in Finance or related disciplines
  • You are a very strong financial modeller. Potentially with experience from a finance analyst position (e.g. could also be from an investment bank, Consultancy or similar)
  • You have very good skills in Excel modelling (Additionally, experience with the Google Suite is a plus)
  • You have a strong toolbox with foundation in financial value analysis, management reporting, business performance management and ad hoc analysis
  • You have a positive can-do attitude, tenacious, proactive and 
  • You are full professional proficiency in English
  • You are based in Copenhagen (or willing to relocate)
