
Senior Performance Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Automation Manager to join the Global Performance Marketing team at Too Good To Go! You’ll play a critical role in accelerating the growth of quality new users to the Too Good To Go app.
Your role and responsibilities
- Improving the current Tracking setup of the performance marketing team by working closely with the product team on our tech stack (AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude).
- Analytics and Reporting: Automate and improve the current reporting stack of the Performance Marketing team. Working closely with the analytics team we want to build a best in class attribution setup.
- Automation: Work directly on automation workflows (N8N, Zapier) and scripts (javascript, python) to increase the productivity of the Performance Marketing team.
Specifically, you will also:
- As an individual contributor, lead the team in delivering projects aimed at improving ways of working increasing the productivity of the team.
- Work with the api of the major marketing platforms (Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok) automating with the team day to day repetitive tasks.
- Work closely with the Data team to drive incrementally testing pipelines across different channels and platforms.
- Work with the Martech department to build and deliver a pipeline of data enrichment project for our performance marketing campaigns (E.g. Google Conversion Upload and Meta CAPI).
- Collaborate with global and local teams to devise the best possible plans and strategies that will help us thrive together.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing in a mobile-first/app-first business or agency.
- Experience with working on either workflow automation tools or coding to automate marketing tasks (Python and JavaScript)
- Knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and TikTok platforms API, ideally with hands on experience on these platforms.
- Familiarity with the different types of marketing attribution models, incrementality testing and MMM.
- Familiarity with MMP/BI/measurement tools such as AppsFlyer, Looker, Firebase or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and take action quickly.
- A test-and-learn mindset - always curious and pushing for better.
- Self-starter energy: autonomous, organised, and outcome-oriented.
