We’re looking for an experienced B2C Marketing Manager to join the ANZ Marketing team at Too Good To Go in Melbourne, Australia.

As B2C Marketing Manager you have the responsibility of helping drive consumer demand, building loyalty and engaging with consumers across Australia & New Zealand. We are building a sustainable, world class brand for the long term and your strategies will play a tangible impact in the growth.
As a B2C Marketing Manager, you will focus on amplifying the food waste movement, inspiring and empowering everyone to fight food waste together within a highly brand-centric organisation.
Your role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Australia & New Zealand, you will:
- Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing activations and campaigns across owned and paid channels, supporting the user growth strategy through a clear understanding of the main demand KPIs.
- Build household level brand awareness through considered partnerships both industry and relevant businesses.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to analyse User Acquisition data to develop consumer focused campaigns to drive new registered users and retention of existing users.
- Use data to inform and optimize campaign performance, making proactive adjustments for greater efficiency.
- Social Media:
- Proactively identifying scroll stopping social media trends, cultural insights or content opportunities for the brand.
- Work with our community management agency to foster and grow our engaged social community
- Monitoring and compiling social media analysis to help make informed decisions and share insights.
- Amplifying any relevant organic content published by our user community
- Creativity:
- Creating local CRM campaigns (Push notifications, EDM’s, In App Take assets etc.)
- Analysing CRM campaigns and providing recommendations on opportunities.
- Manage briefings for creative production, for our in-house Creative team.
- Creating and editing locally and globally produced content
- Team:
- Working collaboratively with our ANZ marketing team, amplifying relevant B2B2C campaigns.
- Work closely with Partner Marketing and Public Relations functions to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Build strong relationships with marketing colleagues across Europe, North America and other markets to share ideas, identify opportunities, and maintain consistent brand alignment.
Why you are the person we’re looking for:
- Significant experience in a relevant role (B2C Marketing Manager, Social Media, Marketing, PR etc.)
- Proven ability to interpret data, refine strategies, and optimise content distribution across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills; a natural storyteller with a clear and empathetic style.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work across countries in virtual teams.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing consumer campaigns across various platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in creating social media content and managing social media channels.
- Knowledge of the dynamics and trends of key social media channels, incl. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok - you’re an active and passionate user of different social platforms and have the ability to assess performance metrics.
- Excellent communications skills - you’re a natural storyteller and copywriter with great attention to detail.
- Strong interest in building a capability in digital marketing
- A detail-oriented mindset with experience in briefing and reviewing creative content.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to make a positive impact on the planet and society.
- You are eager to learn and are able to work in a fast changing environment.
