We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Key Account Executive (Out Of Home) / Sales Analytical Consultant to join us in our Amsterdam office.

Your mission:

We’re looking for a data-driven professional to strengthen our Key Account team by building and optimizing reporting, dashboards, and analytical processes. In this role, you will develop and automate performance dashboards to monitor partner health and operational KPIs, while conducting ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities. By collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and partner success.It is your mission to make more impact and change the OOH world for the better! 

Your role:

  • You build upon and enhance the good relationship with stakeholders at both HQ and store level.
  • You understand the shop floor challenges. You are excited to have your feet on the ground as part of the process.
  • You will use the knowledge you gain from the shop floor operation and other data points to build business cases, annual plans and strategies in collaboration with the Key Account Managers.
  • You create initiatives to save more meals with our partners. You take a data-driven approach when it comes to setting up new initiatives and monitor success, quality and scalability closely.
  • You share best practices with the team in order to elevate our way of working and actively spot opportunities for our team to grow. 
  • Reporting & dashboarding: Develop, maintain, and automate recurring Key Account performance dashboards and reports to effectively monitor partner health and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Actionable insights: Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive data analyses on Key Account metrics (e.g., meal saving rates, retention, sales uplift) to identify optimization opportunities and translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for Key Account Managers.
  • Process efficiency: Collaborate directly with the partner-facing team to streamline reporting processes, ensure data quality, and support the shift toward more efficient, data-driven decision-making within the department.

  • You have a professional and proactive attitude and don’t shy away from taking end to end responsibility. You enjoy providing training and having conversations and meetings at HQ level.
  • You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mind and love to work with data. With these strengths you are able to spot opportunities and develop growth strategies in order to reduce food waste by increasing the number of supplying stores and supply per store.
  • You like to be involved in projects and pick up new ones in order to advance the organisation. 
  • You are not afraid to receive and give constructive feedback. In the fight against food waste we care personally and challenge ourselves directly. You don’t take feedback personally but think about the bigger picture.
  • You show eagerness and willingness to learn and grow. Your ability to self reflect is a great stepping stone to develop in this role and your future career within Too Good To Go!
  • Analytical rigour: Strong skills in data retrieval, analytics, and data visualisation, with a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to ensure accuracy and operational rigour in all output.
  • Communication & organisation: Excellent organisational skills, a proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, and the capacity to present complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical data fluency: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, combined with hands-on experience using Salesforce (for reporting and dashboards) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) is a strong plus
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
