We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Commercial Insights Analyst to join us in our Amsterdam office.

Your Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional to support our Key Account team. You will help our Key Account Managers by building and optimising reporting, dashboards, and analytical processes, translating complex data into actionable insights, and supporting decision-making on behalf of their partners.

You will act as the bridge between data and action, helping the team monitor partner performance, uncover opportunities, and contribute to reducing food waste. This role is a great opportunity to develop your analytical expertise while gaining exposure to commercial decision-making in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Your Role
In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand shop floor challenges and partner needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor partner health, operational KPIs, and overall performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for Key Account Managers to support strategic decisions.
    Streamline reporting processes and ensure data accuracy to enable more data-driven decision-making.
  • Share best practices across the team and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
  • Support initiatives to reduce food waste by evaluating partner performance and scaling successful practices.

What You Bring

  • Analytical and technical expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Looker); strong data visualisation and analytical skills.
  • Business and commercial understanding: Ability to translate partner needs into data-driven strategies.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and ownership: Takes end-to-end responsibility, drives initiatives, and embraces challenges.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and self-reflective.
  • Empathy and stakeholder focus: Builds strong relationships with colleagues and partners, enabling collaboration and influence
  • Fluency both verbally and written, in Dutch & English.
  • Nice to have(s):
    • Experience in retail, HoReCa, or FMCG environments.
    • Previous exposure to key account management or partner-facing operations
