- Technical Efficiency: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, technical debt, and bottlenecks across the CRM ecosystem.
- Workflow & Process Simplification
- Operational Redesign: Streamline campaign build, QA, and deployment workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Automation Enablement: Implement and manage low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Make, n8n) to reduce manual intervention.
- Governance & Standardisation: Define and enforce global best practices, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets.
- Experimentation Infrastructure
- Testing Acceleration: Build systems that enable faster A/B testing cycles and more reliable measurement.
- Optimisation Culture: Establish a foundation for continuous experimentation and performance improvement across lifecycle programs.

- Strong technical understanding of modern MarTech ecosystems (CDPs, analytics, CRM platforms). Comfortable working with tools like Amplitude, HighTouch, and data warehouses such as Redshift.
- Automation Mindset:
- Practical experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable), with a focus on reducing manual effort and increasing scalability.
- Technical Edge (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and webhooks to support data integration and automation use cases.
Ways of Working:
- Systems Thinker: You identify leverage points, simplify complexity, and design scalable solutions.
- Hands-on Operator: You are comfortable owning projects end-to-endāfrom strategy through to technical implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaborator: You effectively bridge CRM, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Impact-driven: You prioritize work based on measurable outcomes, speed, and long-term scalability.
What to Expect:
This is a high-impact, infrastructure-focused role that blends strategy with deep execution. Your time will typically be split across three core areas:
- 50% Automation & Systems Development: Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks, improving orchestration, and integrating tools across the MarTech stack.
- 30% Process Optimization & Performance Enablement: Streamlining workflows, reducing operational complexity, and enabling faster campaign execution and experimentation.
