Growth Manager

Remote

Topo Advisors is building its founding growth team — if you’ve ever wanted to join an early-stage startup and directly shape its trajectory, this is your chance.

Topo Advisors provides fractional embedded accounting and finance support to early-stage companies. Topo’s customers look to us as early-stage company experts focused on helping their companies succeed. We’re on a path to scale quickly, and we’re looking for a Growth Manager to own and accelerate our marketing and demand generation efforts.

You’ll play a critical role in creating and executing strategies that fuel our sales pipeline, elevate our brand, and help Topo Advisors become the go-to partner for early-stage companies nationwide. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with leadership to drive measurable revenue impact.

This role can be remote in states where Topo operates (see full list below). We’re headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.

About the Role

Our marketing mission is simple: drive sustained, scalable revenue growth. We’re seeking a strategic and creative growth marketer to design and execute campaigns that deliver qualified leads, nurture relationships, and convert interest into action.

You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Shape the Growth Playbook – Help design and scale a repeatable, high-impact demand generation engine from the ground up by expanding on what is already working well and building new channels.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships – Topo’s core growth engine comes from referrals from strategic partners including other service providers and funds. This role will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships and developing new relationships.
  • Own Execution Across Channels – Collaborate with the team to bring campaigns to life in email, social, PR, and SEO.
  • Promote New Offerings – Partner with the product and services teams to communicate innovations to the market and generate excitement.
  • Own Vendor Relationships  – Own communication and relationships with growth vendors to support the overall growth strategy.
  • Create Compelling Content – Work with the Topo team to identify compelling topics and create content to drive top-of-funnel activity.
  • Be a Team Player – As an early-stage company, the team at Topo Advisors has the opportunity to take ownership over several areas of the function.

What You’ll Need

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years creating impactful B2B demand generation campaigns, ideally in SaaS or services targeting enterprise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to execute in ambiguous environments with minimal direction
  • Ability to drive sustained relationships with referral partners and prospective customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in digital channels, including SEO and email marketing
  • Light design capabilities for marketing materials
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to pair data insights with creative ideas
  • Proven ability to move from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
  • Experience with Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma or other design tools, Hubspot, and LLMs

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
