We’re looking for an Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team and support people operations, talent acquisition and help us scale. This is a role that’s close to the business, working from our Sao Paulo office onsite with both our brazil-based employees and supporting our team globally as well.

What you will do at Topsort

  • Talent Acquisition: sourcing, interviews, offer creation process and other related tasks.
  • Onboarding Employees and Welcome Visitors: Provide a memorable and exceptional in-person welcome experience for all Topsort new hires, create a welcoming and positive first impression greeting Topsort employees and visitors, Continuously support and foster an engaging, safe, and fun work environment for all, Coordinate and run new hire onboarding and product training.
  • Operations: be an HR Ops guru by administrating and creating contracts, and being responsible for compliance, labour law, and policies in Brazil.
  • People Care Experience: Plan events, training, workshops. Partner with People team in rolling out new People programs, processes and technology, Create training materials and content, partnering closely with People team in launching and communicating learning workshops.

What we expect from you

  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations and talent management (compensation, talent acquisition, development, etc.).
  • Ideal experience within a software tech environment.
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable, can do attitude.
  • Compliance, Benefits, Policies - We are not here to create bureaucracy but keeping things neat and tidy while creating intelligent automation is much needed (Rippling Guru? Even better)
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, bonus point if you have project management experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • High integrity individual with strong organizational skills and keeping track of busy agenda as well as flexibility with odd-hours to accommodate for in-person events or timeszones when traveling.
  • You must have the ability to exhibit qualities in a high-performing fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and skills to achieve success, open to changes and flexibility.
  • Must possess a heightened "sense of urgency" and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • This position requires an onsite work arrangement 4 days/week
