About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced and smart sales rep to join the dynamic and growing sales team in the US!
You will be a spokesperson 💬 for Topsort’s innovative retail media APIs and products, working with the best retailers, marketplaces and delivery apps across US and Canada to drive sales and growth in the North American market.
Key Obligations
- Own the sales process from pipeline generation to closing deals in enterprise and mid-market.
- Competitive mindset – relentless drive to win deals and outperform competitors.
- Team player – collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams globally to refine strategies and share insights.
- Hunter mentality – proven success in selling emerging products, exceeding quotas, and winning RFPs in a competitive space.
- Proactive outreach – leverage industry connections, outbound efforts, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline; travel for events and client meetings.
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract negotiation; bonus if you have experience with technical products or retail media.
- Industry expertise – stay ahead of ad tech trends, understand the retail media landscape, and be a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements
- Education: B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other STEM fields, with excellent grades or a strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Experience: 5+ years in enterprise software sales or related roles (tech consulting, investment banking, media sales), with a proven track record in client-facing roles and exceeding commercial targets.
- Startup mindset: Fast-paced, adaptable, and able to sell to complex organizations and technical customers.
- Quick learner: Strong curiosity and self-motivation to master auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
- Team player: Success at Topsort is about collaboration, not lone-wolf sales.
- Onsite & Travel: Work from the Somerville, MA office 4 days a week, with domestic and international travel for events and client meetings.
