About the role

• Lead front-end development efforts, building scalable, high-performance web applications. 
• Drive the adoption of modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Next.js.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to open-source projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. 
• 6+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript. 
• Proven track record of leading complex front-end projects and contributions to open-source projects.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and modern front-end build tools. 
• Strong design sensibility and experience with UI/UX best practices. 
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for  web applications.
• Preferred experience: Experience in high-traffic web applications and open-source development. - Contributions to well-known JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
