Our core offering is an auction-powered infrastructure and APIs that help marketplaces build native ads monetization, such as sponsored listings, dynamic banners, and faster.

What you will do at Topsort

•  Design, develop, and maintain the Auction Engine using Go. 
•  Implement scalable and efficient backend services.
•  Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new features and optimize existing ones.
•  Ensure high code quality and coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on Go.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Work onsite 4 days a week

Skills

• Proficient in Go, with knowledge of best practices and patterns. 
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems. 
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency patterns.

Preferred Experience

•  Familiarity with auction theory or bidding algorithms.
•  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
