What you will do at Topsort

•  Lead the design and architecture of the Auction Engine.
•  Provide technical mentorship to the backend team.
•  Optimize performance and scalability of backend services.
•  Drive innovation and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go. -
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and teams.

Skills

• Expertise in Go and deep knowledge of backend architectures. - 
• Strong skills in distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data processing.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies..

Preferred Experience

•  Familiarity with auction theory or bidding algorithms.
•  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
