Now we're looking for a Account Executive - Brands and Agencies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. To craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with Topsort’s mission to deliver privacy-first, AI-driven solutions.

What you will own at Topsort:

  • It will be your responsibility to generate a pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands in Brazil. 
  • It will be your responsibility to drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with brands and agencies. 
  • You will develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side
  • You will attend various industry events, trade shows and be an active voice of Toppie in Latin America
  • You will develop product knowledge and be a subject matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie. 
  • Other Adhoc duties as required

What you bring to the table: 

  • 3-7 years of experience in media sales within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media business component. Familiarity with Advertising - bonus points if you know the advertising lingo and already have the right knowledge in place! 
  • Consistent track record of hitting quota, going above and beyond. Even better if you’ve worked at a scale-up sales organization and have an entrepreneurial mindset!
  • Bachelors Degree minimum, MBA preferred - But the most important is to have a learner’s mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment!
  • Your internal working language everyday is English and Spanish - you should be comfortable switching between the two. 
  • You must be happy to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
