What is this role like?
As our Marketing Manager for LATAM, you'll be crucial in establishing Toppie's reputation and market leadership across the region. You'll drive our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, building a robust pipeline through both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. Your role is pivotal in fueling our aggressive growth targets and shaping how the market perceives Toppie.
You will:
- Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute Toppie's marketing strategy for LATAM, aligning with global goals and regional sales objectives. Own our brand positioning and messaging to ensure market leadership.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media,etc) to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from Big 6 agencies, Mid-Market agencies, and strategic direct brands. Collaborate with the SDR to amplify outbound initiatives.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of compelling, localized marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, blog posts, and sales enablement collateral.
- Event Management: Plan and execute Toppie's participation in key industry events, conferences, and webinars (virtual and in-person) to boost visibility and capture leads.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI, continuously optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the region's leadership team, SDR, Sales Team, and global marketing/product teams to ensure a cohesive GTM strategy and consistent brand message.
What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ad-tech, or retail media, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market landscape, including cultural nuances and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex tech into compelling business value.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (ideally HubSpot).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Highly agile, independent, and accountable, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
