What is this role like？

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in strengthening Topsort’s visual identity in Brazil, being responsible for developing graphic materials that support our marketing, sales, and institutional communication efforts. The role will involve working on local projects with room for creative autonomy and strategic contribution.

You will: 

• Create and maintain the visual identity of Topsort in Brazil, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  
  
• Align design strategies, priorities, and requests with the global design team, ensuring visual cohesion and brand consistency across all markets.
  
  
• Develop and update commercial and institutional presentations, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with the company’s strategy.
  
  
• Create and edit institutional, promotional, and commercial videos for various platforms.
  
  
• Design institutional and promotional assets such as e-books, infographics, social media posts, event materials, and printed collateral.
  
  
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate strategic concepts into creative and effective visual solutions.
  
  
• Manage design requests with organization, autonomy, and strong attention to deadlines.
  
  

What (we think) you need to be successful — but we’re open to surprises:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
  
  
• At least 5 years of experience working in graphic design within tech companies, agencies, or startups.
  
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, and similar platforms.
  
  
• Experience with branding, commercial presentations, video editing, and digital campaign design.
  
  
• A portfolio showcasing institutional and commercial projects.
  
  
• Ability to work independently with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with technology companies, digital media, advertising, or e-commerce.
  
  
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI for collaboration on digital projects.
  
  
• Intermediate to advanced English (required for interaction with the global team and company leadership).
