What you will do at Topsort

  • Partner with the sales team to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to showcase Topsort’s capabilities.
  • Understand clients’ technical requirements and design tailored solutions using Topsort’s APIs and platform.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Assist in developing sales materials, technical documentation, and training resources.
  • Guide customers through the integration process, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in ad tech and e-commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions engineering preferably in ad tech, SaaS, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in building integration tools and APIs. 
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth). 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Preferred experience: Experience in SaaS integrations or ad tech. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms.
  • This is a technical position, you will go through the same interview process that any software engineer will get to enter Topsort.
