The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can turn ideas into measurable growth at our Boston office. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t just run campaigns — you’ll build and optimize the system that drives pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel — from first touch to qualified pipeline
  • Design and run experiments across channels (paid, lifecycle, landing pages, outbound support)
  • Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the funnel
  • Build, test, and iterate on messaging based on real customer behavior
  • Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Work with product to improve onboarding, activation, and user experience
  • Identify and scale new acquisition channels that can drive sustainable growth
  • Bring structure to growth: define metrics, track performance, and make decisions based on data

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution
  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Background in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or data-driven products
  • Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with data and making decisions from it
  • Experience running experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, channel testing)
  • Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute without heavy structure
  • Strong ownership — you don’t wait for direction, you identify problems and solve them
