Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Shape product direction by identifying opportunities rooted in user needs and business potential
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from discovery through delivery, to ensure solutions are both valuable and viable
- Prioritize work strategically, balancing short-term progress with long-term vision and operational realities
- Align cross-functional teams around clear goals, shared understanding, and well-scoped initiatives
- Ensure product decisions are informed by evidence, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data
- Foster strong partnerships with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes collaboratively
- Create focus and momentum within the team by breaking down ambiguity into actionable, measurable steps
Required Qualifications and Key Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or consumer tech
- Strong discovery skills, comfortable running user interviews, synthesizing insights, and identifying opportunity areas
- Experience managing a roadmap and executing on feature delivery in partnership with engineering
- Ability to define clear outcomes, write actionable specs, and lead sprint planning
- Fluency in interpreting product metrics and running experiments (e.g., A/B tests, KPI analysis)
- Collaborative communication style with experience aligning cross-functional teams
- A sharp product sense and a mindset that balances user value, business goals, and team health

New Hire Base Salary Range
- $112,00-$156,000
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
