Trade Desk Specialist
Summary
The Trade Desk Specialist is a frontline representative of our brokerage, delivering high-quality support directly to clients via phone and email. Reporting to the Trade Desk Manager, this role is critical in ensuring a seamless and professional client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and demonstrates high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of operational procedures and trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Monitor open exposure and risk.
- Support the customer lifecycle including onboarding, trade execution requests, and basic account administration.
- Assist clients with tasks such as withdrawals, fund transfers, and margin-related questions in a compliant and timely manner.
- Document all client interactions following internal SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with internal teams and brokerage partners to facilitate account-related actions, including opening, updates, and closures.
- Maintain working knowledge of the firm's platforms and tools to support client needs effectively.
- Stay up to date with firm compliance procedures and industry regulatory requirements including NFA and CFTC guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing education and product training to ensure the highest level of client support.
- Support the Trade Desk Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- New Account conversion.
- Collaborate with Trade Desk Manager to build out, maintain, and execute Contingency Plan.
Required Qualifications and Key Competencies
- 2+ years of experience in a brokerage or financial services environment, preferably within futures or derivatives
- Series 3 License Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- Familiarity with front-end trading platforms (e.g., CQG, TradingView, T4, TT, or similar)
- A client-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach

New Hire Base Salary Range
- $75,000-$110,000
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
