Role Overview

Are you passionate about technology and eager to join a fast-growing, global company?

As an Account Manager, you will support customers across your European sales territory, helping them bring their products to market faster with our solutions. With your enthusiasm and drive, you will connect with engineers and project leaders, propose value-adding solutions, and act as a bridge between their needs and our technical experts.

Your strong communication skills will help you build a solid network, maintain customer relationships, and relay their feedback to our product and application teams.

This position is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals who are ambitious, results-driven, and ready to grow.

Expected Outcomes

  • Grow the customer base and increase revenue in your assigned European territory by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals that align with Toradex’s growth objectives
  • Consult, support, and win design-in projects by engaging inbound leads and proactively reaching out to target accounts, understanding their technical needs, and positioning Toradex solutions as the preferred choice for their embedded applications
  • Ensure customer success during development by actively supporting technical evaluations, coordinating with internal experts to resolve blockers, and guiding customers toward timely and successful product integration
  • Maintain and expand business with existing customers by forecasting demand, tracking project maturity and production status, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and ongoing collaboration

Sales Profile

  • Passionate about helping customers turn their ideas into real products using our solutions and services
  • Solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to addressing technical challenges based on customer requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly across all organizational levels
  • Proactively identifies and mitigates risks in customer projects, such as ambiguous or shifting requirements
  • Business-oriented self-starter with a strong drive to take initiative and deliver high-impact results
  • Collaborative team player who involves colleagues to successfully manage complex opportunities
  • Native-level German and fluent English (spoken and written); French language skills are a strong advantage

Technical Understanding

  • Comfortable discussing technology-related topics and learning how embedded computing fits into different applications
  • Curious and willing to explore technical products, even without a formal engineering background
  • Familiar with general technology concepts (e.g., processors, devices, software updates, connectivity)
  • Able to coordinate with engineers and technical staff to understand customer needs and communicate effectively
  • Open to training and growth in technical areas relevant to our product offerings
