As the new Senior Manager Digital Marketing at Toradex, your mission is to lead our marketing efforts towards excellence and efficiency. You are committed to

  • Continuously Optimize Digital Marketing Strategy to drive measurable growth in revenue and deal closures.
  • Leveraging a diverse array of marketing channels, including websites, ads, social media, video, to attract and nurture high-quality leads and opportunities
  • Providing the marketing team with a clear, actionable strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Utilizing data analytics to uncover new insights, guiding our decision-making processes, and continuously improving our marketing efforts

Position Summary

Toradex is a fast-growing company that combines innovative, high-quality hardware and software to create a unique full-stack offering for embedded computing and the Internet of Things (IoT). Toradex products are used in applications ranging from industrial robots to green energy generation, medical devices and even satellites. The Toradex brand is recognized for high quality and our direct sales model and strong technical support keep us in close contact with our customers. Toradex also launched Torizon, a SaaS offering that helps customers simplify the development and maintenance of Linux-based embedded products while complying with the latest cybersecurity regulations. 

The Senior Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for constantly optimizing the marketing strategy to drive measurable growth in revenue and deal closures. You will be responsible for analyzing data to optimize campaigns and find valuable insights. With your team, you will develop a detailed understanding of the market to drive demand and effectively communicate Toradex and Torizon values. Your experience in the B2B environment will be leveraged to design and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns hand in hand with the Sales team. 

You will lead the Digital Marketing team, which is highly motivated and globally distributed. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work very closely with the Global Sales teams.

This position is based at our HQ in Horw, Switzerland. Some international travel <15% is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and constantly optimize a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, focused on drive measurable growth in revenue and deal closures.
  • Generate high-quality leads and opportunities to significantly drive the growth strategy in Toradex's hardware, services, and SaaS businesses. 
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy, provide feedback and insights.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and find useful insights. Analyze the full funnel from lead to revenue.
  • Gain deep knowledge of market trends and customer needs in order to position and communicate Toradex's values and USPs.
  • Manage and continually develop an internationally distributed team of specialists in SEO, SEM, design, web development and more.
  • Increase the value and awareness of the Toradex and Torizon brands
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales team to target high-value businesses through Account-Based Marketing
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of Toradex websites and online portals
  • Manage and optimize the budget and resources to maximize ROI
  • Leverage new technologies, tools and research to stay ahead of the curve

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must:

  • Proven track record in accelerating full-funnel marketing performance, consistently driving high volumes of net new MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) through to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), resulting in measurable deal closures and revenue growth.
  • Proven success in leading a Digital Marketing team
  • Experience in SEO, advertising and content strategy
  • Deep knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
  • Highly skilled in effective communication
  • Passionate and experienced in UX
  • Ability to understand Toradex's complex products and how they solve customer pain points
  • Experience of managing and optimizing marketing budgets
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • A goal-oriented, self-driven and out-of-the-box thinking personality

What you bring as a plus:

  • Experience in Toradex's target verticals such as healthcare, industrial automation, transportation, smart city or green energy
  • Experience in embedded computing, IoT, SaaS and related areas
  • Technical engineering background 
  • Success in managing global remote teams
  • Experience in creating, building and maintaining corporate website portals
  • Experience with Hubspot and SugarCRM
  • Experience with PowerBi tools
  • German skills
