You will set the strategic vision, provide technical leadership, and drive execution across all aspects of automated testing — from embedded software integration to high-volume production validation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing, multidisciplinary team spanning BSP integration, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation, functional test systems, and infrastructure engineering.
  • Set Strategic Direction – Define the architecture, roadmap, and long-term vision for scalable, distributed test automation systems.
  • Ensure Seamless Integration – Oversee BSP integration testing within CI/CD pipelines and deliver robust, repeatable validation across diverse hardware platforms.
  • Advance Test Infrastructure – Design and evolve HIL systems, production testers, and reusable frameworks that embed quality into every development stage.
  • Drive Data-Driven Quality – Establish unified aggregation, traceability, and reporting of test results for internal decision-making and customer visibility.
  • Collaborate Globally – Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality leaders to align test strategies with product roadmaps and operational readiness.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Embed best practices in automation-first approaches, test-driven development, and continuous validation to enhance efficiency, coverage, and system resilience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering excellence, system architecture, and cross-functional collaboration — ensuring that Toradex’s cutting-edge solutions are validated for the real world.
