Roles & Responsibilities

As Logistics Manager, you’ll lead our logistics team and take responsibility for all aspects of inbound and outbound shipping, warehouse management, trade compliance, and new product (NPI) test execution. You’ll shape processes, manage partners, and drive continuous improvements to ensure reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable logistics solutions that support Toradex’s global growth.

This role is ideal for individuals with drive, agility, and curiosity—those who want to take responsibility, build robust solutions, and continually learn and grow.

  • Lead and develop the logistics team to fulfill all responsibilities.
  • Own inbound and outbound logistics, establishing policies and processes.
  • Oversee operations in our European central warehouse and coordinate global stock transfers to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate annual inventory counts.
  • Manage import/export operations, compliance, and customs issues.
  • Ensure full product traceability through serial number management.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Evaluate, qualify, and manage freight forwarders and 3PL providers.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve flows, and scale operations.
  • Act as ERP superuser for logistics and warehouse management processes.
  • Document workflows, manage projects, and adapt plans to evolving priorities.
  • Coordinate functional test efforts for new products according to defined procedures, record results, and maintain accurate documentation.

Skills

  • Background in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields (degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in an international context.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and freight management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, D365, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and take on greater responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify inefficiencies.
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing logistics flows.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
