Role Overview

Join Toradex as an ERP Solution Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our global business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO). You will lead the ERP team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our ERP platform supports efficient, scalable, and compliant operations across all regions. This is a unique opportunity to work with a modern, cloud-based ERP landscape, collaborating with process owners, developers, and key users to deliver impactful solutions.

The position is based in Horw, Switzerland. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead global ERP team of developers, functional consultants and solution architects responsible for D365 FO across multiple timezones.
  • Analyze, challenge, and translate business needs into efficient, low-risk processes and high-level software requirements.
  • Plan and moderate business process workshops with stakeholders.
  • Collect, document, and analyze business requirements; transform them into actionable software requirements.
  • Define and manage work packages for ERP development and configuration changes.
  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and testing of new features and improvements in D365 FO.
  • Manage the D365 environment maintenance, platform upgrades, and improvement schedules.
  • Act as product owner for the D365 solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Support users with ERP help-desk topics and coordinate support activities within the ERP team.
  • Ensure documentation of all processes, configurations, and changes according to Toradex standards.
  • Foster empowered users and continuous improvement practices.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize future changes and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with D365 standard features and drive adoption of new capabilities where beneficial.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and related business processes.
  • Technical understanding of ERP systems, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong business and software background; able to communicate effectively with both process owners and technical teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation and process mapping abilities. 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
