Mission

Support customers throughout all project phases — from proposing conceptual solutions based on Toradex products to troubleshooting embedded hardware and software development. The goal is to ensure customer success and accelerate their time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and proposing solutions using Toradex products.
• Provide proactive technical support to avoid delays in customer development cycles.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify strategic opportunities and support consultative selling.
• Escalate technical issues to internal domain experts when needed.
• Respond to technical inquiries (via Zendesk, Community, or Sales team) within 2 business days for mid/high priority customers.
• Contribute to technical content for the Toradex Developer Center.
• Participate in webinars and technical events to promote Toradex technology.
• Keep customer and market information updated in the CRM.
• Support the Sales team by highlighting the technical advantages of Toradex solutions.
• Share market feedback with management (e.g., recurring requests, lost opportunities).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, especially Linux-based.
• Familiarity with the Yocto Project for embedded Linux development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to learn about Toradex SoMs, Torizon Cloud, and related technologies.
• Customer-focused and results-driven attitude.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
• Exposure to consultative sales in the tech industry.
• Ability to understand customer architectures and guide them toward successful implementations.
