Job Description
As a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Toradex, you will shape how the market understands, values, and adopts our embedded computing solutions. You will turn complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated, and commercially compelling product narratives for technical B2B audiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B Product Marketing skills with technical curiosity and the ability to build credible narratives for complex products. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room, but you must be able to understand technical products, ask the right questions, and translate technical value into messaging that resonates with developers, engineers, and business decision-makers. A technical degree is a plus, but proven experience marketing technical B2B products is more important.
Goals
Main Goal
Drive awareness and accelerate adoption of Toradex products by shaping clear market perception, building strong technical product narratives, and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all touchpoints. This is first and foremost a Product Marketing role, focused on positioning, messaging, product storytelling, sales enablement, and go-to-market content, in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Design, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Positioning & Messaging: Own and develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product narratives. Translate technical specifications and product capabilities into clear customer benefits that resonate with technical and business audiences. Ensure product narratives reflect real customer needs, market dynamics and technical buying considerations.
- Technical Product Storytelling: Build credible, compelling narratives around Toradex’s embedded computing solutions. Work with Product Management, Engineering and Sales teams to understand technical details, validate claims, and communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
- Go-to-Market Support: Support product launches by defining messaging frameworks, preparing launch content, coordinating enablement materials, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Design, and Marketing.
- Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement resources that help sales and customer-facing teams communicate product value effectively. This may include sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, demo narratives, training materials, objection-handling support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or proven technical marketing experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Marketing within a B2B technology or technical product environment.
- Strong experience developing positioning, messaging, product narratives, and sales enablement materials.
- Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for technical and business audiences.
- Experience marketing complex or technical B2B products to developers, engineers, system architects, product teams, technical buyers, or enterprise decision-makers.
- Experience supporting technical product launches, technical sales enablement, demo narratives, or competitive differentiation.
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Design, and technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, learn from, and iterate on marketing effectiveness.
- Proven ability to lead by influence across teams and functions.
