Summary:

Focus on secure administration of Workday and Adaptive Planning. Responsible for all business process configurations, testing, and deployment while ensuring data integrity. Effectively leverage Workday modules, refine existing processes, and identify ways for the organization to automate processes. Partner with cross functional teams from Accounting, Payroll, Finance, People Operations, Legal, IT, and Engineering ensuring accurate utilization of Workday modules, including but not limited to: HCM, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Business Assets, Integrations, and Adaptive Planning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage ticketing system ensuring accurate and on-time processing of requests
  • Configure, test, and deploy updates and changes, collaborating with all applicable teams to ensure business requirements are met\
  • Troubleshoot system issues around integrations; Identify issues, conduct analyses and form conclusions
  • Partner with IT and other Workday security administrators to maintain security policies, roles and responsibilities
  • Prepare ad-hoc queries utilizing Workday and Adaptive Planning reporting features and proactively maintain Workday and Adaptive Planning data integrity through audits and queries
  • Help establish and execute timely Workday data processing and processes and use analytical skills to interpret a wide variety of data from multiple sources
  • Participate in system projects as needed and build and prepare data sets, statistical and data reports, and applications to support the business
  • Review, advise on, test and implement releases and new features
  • Develops and drives process improvement and automation initiatives

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related business experience
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management; support and troubleshooting for Workday Financials users; develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
  • Experience conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies; experience training and supporting end-users on Workday Financials functionalities and best practices and participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure smooth transitions
  • Experience with monitoring system performance and work with Workday support to resolve issues
  • 4+ years of professional experience administrating ERP Systems
  • 3+ years of comprehensive experience administrating Workday
  • Adaptive Planning and Workday Security experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional analytical problem solving and data modeling experience. Experience applying these skills to resolve operational performance problems

Bonus Points:

  • Workday Certification (preferred)
  • Project Management Experience (using and managing ticketing queues, JIRA experience preferred)
  • Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment highly desired
  • Global systems experience and support desired

US Pay Range

$143,000 - $171,600 USD
