Provide Human Resources leadership and serve as a culture and change champion helping TORC through its next phase of growth. Lead and enrich robust HR operations and compliance, through HR data/analytics/metrics with scorecards for optimal business effectiveness. Partner with all corporate functions to support the organization's overall strategic HR direction, ensure the organization has the data driven foundation needed to continue to scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and promote human resources strategies and initiatives for the organization ensuring they are industry competitive and designed to grow and scale the company
- Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to business leaders at headquarters and across the company
- In partnership with people operations leadership and other members of the SLT, prepare for potential initial public offering. Lead due diligence and M&A integration efforts; ensure cohesion between stakeholders
- Embrace and enhance TORC’s culture, ensuring that HR operations drive data driven decision making across the enterprise. Lead effectively through change
- Manage operational budget and forecasting
- Partner with internal PMO and drive people operations project portfolio
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team that demonstrates and generates an impression of being strategic, confident, effective and vital to the company’s success
- Ensure that leadership has the communications, data and analytics to make solid decisions
- Organize and manage all employee data, files and information in ways that are relevant, easy to manage and compliant
- Regularly review and update HRIS systems for effectiveness and efficiency providing ability to assist managers and leaders with information, ease of operation, and helpfulness to lead strategic teams. Help launch and optimize new HRIS systems as needed
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams to support the organization's overall strategic HR direction
- Ensure the organization is in compliance with regulatory requirements within the HR function. Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance across the human resources function
- Develop and periodically review organizational HR policies and partner with Legal and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
What you''ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science and Engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred
- SPHR certification preferred
- Demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 7+ years Human Resources leadership experience in a growth-oriented technology (software preferred) company. Additional experience with a larger company known for strong HR operations and practices is a significant plus
- A track record of creating, building, and scaling various aspects of a company or business simultaneously, including culture, talent, operations, systems and processes, etc., in organizations with dispersed workforces
- Broad HR background in HR operations, HRIS systems and analytics, as well as other roles across the HR function. A strong reputation for building, developing, and leading a respected and business-oriented HR team.
- Well-developed leadership, teambuilding and influencing skills; unquestioned integrity; and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address sensitive HR and complex business issues
- IPO experience a plus
- Successful experience in domestic expansion, M&A due diligence and integration

US Pay Range
$157,700 - $189,200 USD
