Meet the Team:
Senior Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) will lead the Management Operating System (MOS) team, a core function responsible for the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of program management mechanisms that drive company-wide alignment and execution. These mechanisms include, but are not limited to, Enterprise Change Control, Weekly Program Reviews, Rhythm of the Business (RoB), Risk Management, Corrective Action Process, and KPI/Metric reporting.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that organizational goals are operationalized effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, organization, and communication skills, and will thrive in environments requiring both high-level strategic thinking and disciplined operational execution.
What you'll do:
- Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of program managers focused on designing and driving the company’s Management Operating System.
- Own the evolution and governance of key company-wide mechanisms such as Enterprise Change Control, Risk Management, Corrective Actions, and Business Rhythm cadences.
- Ensure program management best practices are institutionalized across the organization through clear documentation, strong stakeholder partnerships, and robust feedback loops.
- Provide clear and consistent executive-level reporting on program health, risks, metrics, and corrective actions.
- Partner with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between program activities and company objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, leveraging sound judgment and data-driven insights to shape program management strategies.
- Manage competing priorities and facilitate trade-off discussions between stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of priorities, progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Instill operational discipline and clear ownership for all mechanisms managed by the team.
What you’ll need to Succeed:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evolving program management frameworks and governance structures.
- Experience working across both executive leadership and hands-on program teams, acting as a bridge between strategic intent and tactical execution.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and engagement in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful written materials for diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail and diligence in tracking commitments, risks, and dependencies.
- Familiarity with robotics, autonomous systems, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements for on-site work and field operations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay current on program management practices and industry trends.
- Ability to occasionally work in diverse environmental conditions.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or evenings as business needs dictate.
- Comfortable working and collaborating across multiple time zones.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other undergraduate degree; or equivalent professional experience.

US Pay Range
$168,800 - $202,600 USD
