We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and take ownership of creating a smooth and welcoming workplace experience. In this role, you will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our office while supporting key administrative and coordination tasks.
You will play a central role in maintaining a great work environment, managing office needs, and supporting the CEO with scheduling, coordination, and other tasks as required.
What will you do in this role?
- Oversee and manage all office operations to ensure a productive and pleasant working environment.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including supply management, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
- Planning, organizing, and supporting company events, team activities, and more.
- Support the CEO’s calendar and priorities.
- Handle monthly invoices and materials related to bookkeeping.
- Assist with various ad-hoc office management tasks.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and service-oriented approach.
- Fluent English – both written and spoken – A Must
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role (experience in startups – a big plus).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
- Availability for a full-time position based in our Tel Aviv office.
