As a Technical Support Engineer at Torq, you’ll be a key member of our Field Engineering team, helping customers unlock the full potential of our security hyperautomation platform. Working closely with a global, highly skilled team, you’ll ensure customer success by providing technical expertise, problem-solving, and valuable insights into our product’s future.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers on their automation journey, ensuring seamless solution adoption and long-term success.
  • Provide expert technical support, resolving complex challenges and ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape Torq’s roadmap based on customer feedback and emerging trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in security and automation to provide cutting-edge insights to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SOAR/Automation technologies or a similar role.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing positions such as pre-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or technical services.
  • Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with security operations centers (SOC), cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies is highly desirable.
