EMEA Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an EMEA Marketing Manager to build Torq’s brand awareness and drive demand across EMEA. As the EMEA Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning & execution of the demand generation strategy, and European centric field marketing. The EMEA Marketing Manager will be the key marketing partner with Regional sales leadership on the go-to-market strategy.
Reporting to the VP of Growth you will work closely with sales, and marketing colleagues to develop integrated marketing campaigns, successfully execute programs, and track overall performance. The ideal EMEA Marketing Manager has 10+ years of experience helping technology companies with established go-to-market processes in the US expand into the European market.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate on the development of Torq’s go-to-market marketing strategy in EMEA, working closely with cross-functional teams to support our rapid growth and elevate awareness as a category leader
- Develop and promote initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives, focused on building the brand awareness and driving demand in the EMEA Region
- Manage and execute the delivery and experience of strategic EMEA based in-person events for customers, prospects, and partners, including major industry events, regional industry and partner events, private customer events, etc
- Work closely with the global marketing team to utilize our existing tools and processes
- Generate qualified leads through innovative marketing strategies and events, driving pipeline growth, and revenue in the region
- Establish strong communication channels with regional sales team to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns tailored to the region
- Analyze and track overall performance of EMEA marketing activities and impact to revenue pipeline
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure all regional activities are compliant
What Should You Bring to The Table
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience spanning demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing
- A track record of working directly with a sales organization, ideally in the software/SaaS space
- Deep expertise in event planning and sponsorships, including budgeting, negotiation, event and travel logistics
- Strong project management and organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of building and scaling field marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- A passion for pipeline and demand generation and a metrics driven approach, experience working with Salesforce
- You are a creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to travel and comply with the company’s travel policy
- People management experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
