Business Intelligence Analyst

What will you do? 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SFDC, Looker, or excel. 
  • Prepare data for analysis and ensure it is accurate, clean, and up-to-date.
  • Design and create user-friendly visualizations to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve decision-making, business processes, and overall performance.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and perform deep-dive analyses to support various business initiatives.
  • Provide support in business planning and forecasting processes using data-driven insights.
  • Assist with the integration of data from various internal and external systems.
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and cleaning processes.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and overall BI workflows.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging data technologies to ensure the company’s BI capabilities remain competitive.
  • Use predictive analytics and forecasting models to provide insights into future business performance.

Who you are? 

  • 2+ years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in data query languages (SQL, etc.), Excel, and other data analysis tools.
