We’re not just building cutting-edge AI security tech - we’re building a team of creative, curious humans who think differently, move fast, and have fun along the way. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team and help us attract and hire the brightest minds shaping the future of cybersecurity. This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond execution - to truly partner with hiring managers, influence hiring strategy, and play a key role in building our team and culture.

What Will You Do?

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across R&D, Product, and Business to define needs, shape hiring strategies, and drive the full recruitment process.
  • Own sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top passive candidates through creative channels like LinkedIn and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future growth.
  • Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing initiatives that tell Torq’s story in a unique way.
  • Act as a true hiring advisor - bringing market insights, process improvements, and innovation to everything you do.

What Should You Bring to the Table?

  • Passionate about people, culture, and building exceptional teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing and research skills - you know how to find the right people in the right places.
  • A true partner mindset - you think strategically and enjoy influencing decisions through data and insight
  • You’re proactive, creative, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
