Service Offerings Project Manager

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Service Offerings Project Manager.  

The Project Manager for Services Offerings will plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate and coordinate stakeholder interactions across all assigned projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and business objectives. The Project Manager develops and manages the projects’ change control procedures and effectively utilizes all available methodologies and tools, culminating in client acceptance of the new service offerings.  The Project Manager conducts project progress reviews with the management team and other internal stakeholders, providing clarity, contingency and problem resolution plans as required. The position requires some experience in translating a matrix of market analysis data, pricing proposals, and Business Partners requirements into service offerings driven by detailed project plans via the use of Project Management disciplines.

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, including at least 1 year in Service Delivery or the Retail industry, particularly store operations.

Core Skills:

  • Fluent in English; working-level Spanish is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within project teams and influence outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Smartsheet for project tracking and management.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to driving issues to resolution.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing assignments effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements.
  • Customer-facing experience and service-oriented mindset.
  • Background in services delivery or operations.
  • PMP Certification or a demonstrated plan to obtain it.
  • Focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in retail industry and logistics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Product Management or Offerings Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management & Execution

    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and KPI tracking for Services offerings and innovation initiatives.
    • Lead task assignments, team meetings, and internal/external status updates.
    • Produce and maintain project documentation, manage vendors, and negotiate contracts.
    • Monitor day-to-day project activities, identify issues, and drive resolution.
    • Manage change control processes and track cost/schedule/resource variances.
  2. Customer & Partner Engagement

    • Maintain frequent interaction with Toshiba customers and business partners.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Channel, Cost-Analysis, Pricing, and cross-functional Hardware, Software, and Services teams to ensure alignment.
    • Ensure deliverables meet or exceed market expectations.
  3. Strategic Planning & Collaboration

    • Independently build complex project plans with minimal guidance.
    • Interface with leadership and external teams to ensure successful execution.
  4. Service Offerings Development

    • Translate market analysis, pricing strategies, and partner requirements into viable service offerings.
    • Contribute to the creation of new revenue streams through innovative service design.
    • Align offerings with customer and partner needs to drive adoption and sales.
    • Ensure financial and strategic viability through cross-functional collaboration.
