
Procurement Specialist III
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist III. The Specialist, manages and continuously improves the assigned categories of spend. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of sourcing, operations, technical, finance and other key colleagues to prioritize sourcing initiatives, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, support spend controls, and manage preferred supplier relationships.
We’re looking for a seasoned procurement professional to lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Specialist Supports the execution of global sourcing strategies focused on identifying and contracting with preferred suppliers that meet key business needs and category management goals
The Specialist will prepare contracts for execution in accordance with TGCS standards, policies, and procedures, will take an active role in driving contract management, risk management, stakeholder management, and supplier management in all contract endeavors. The applicant will also develop and maintain relationships with peers, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders across the TGCS business area, and with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated strategic sourcing and category management experience.
Areas of Expertise & Special Skills
- Strategic sourcing and category management for goods and/or services.
- Contract negotiation and lifecycle management, including renewals and amendments.
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial terms (e.g., intellectual property, indemnification, warranties, liability, confidentiality).
- Supplier performance benchmarking and data-driven analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Supplier Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between TGCS and logistics/service providers.
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships and performance metrics.
- Resolve invoicing, licensing, and compliance issues while maintaining service continuity.
- Track renewals, monitor service levels, and ensure adherence to contract obligations.
