
Parking Program Manager
The Town of Snowmass Village is looking to hire a Parking Program Manager to join our Transportation Department!
This is an in-person position
$1,000 sign-on bonus available to eligible candidates!
We are looking for a Parking Programs Manager who under the direction of the Transportation Director will be responsible for the implementation, management and day-to-day operation of the Town of Snowmass Village parking program.
Some of the day-to-day duties are listed below:

Reconciles and balances daily parking revenue reports.

Updates and maintains parking database as required.

Processes payment of parking citations and follows up on past due payments.

Coordinates with TOSV lodges to facilitate smooth operation of seasonal parking system.

Directs and supervises administrative staff; plans, prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects; hires, trains, and motivate staff, monitors work, develop staff skills, and evaluates performance; meets regularly with staff to discuss and resolve workload and technical issues; develops goals and priorities.

Sells parking permits and bus passes as required.

Balances all internal office parking and citation revenues and provides receipts for the Finance Department.

Processes monthly parking invoices for payment of TOSV lodging.

Prepares reports utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Nupark, and various other platforms.

Maintains parking records in accordance with Record Retention Policy as well as federal and state laws.

Operates and maintains appropriate office equipment.

Maintains a clean work area.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications/skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Reader and all Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Office 365.
- Advanced working knowledge of a variety of database software.
- Proficient with or ability to learn and maintain Passport/Nupark parking database.
- Possess good customer service skills.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred. Ability to supervise is required.
- Possess good verbal and written communications skills; professional and polite telephone demeanor.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks during minor distractions.
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field and a minimum of three years’ experience with program management strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain an Operator’s Security Number certification through Colorado Bureau of Investigation within one year.
- Bilingual in English/ Spanish is preferred.
