Position Summary
The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment and execution across sales, operations, and engineering to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This position serves as a central point of coordination for strategic programs, new business opportunities, and key customer initiatives.
The Program Manager ensures seamless communication, prioritization, and delivery across teams while optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and support the successful execution or organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent)
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing as a Program/Project Manager
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain
- Coaching, developing, and managing sales teams
- ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities

Job Responsibilities
Business & Sales Support
- Partner with Business Manager and Business Development Manager to support strategic growth initiatives
- Manage new customer onboarding and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Maintain and support relationships with key customer accounts
- Serve as a customer-facing representative as needed to ensure a high level of service
Inside Sales Management
- Lead and oversee daily inside sales operations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and customer orders
- Drive improvements in team efficiency, responsiveness, and overall performance
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with Production Manager to support material planning and availability
- Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve lead times
- Optimize inventory levels and establish effective reorder points
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align production priorities with overall business objectives
- Ensure new product introductions (NPI) are aligned with sales and marketing priorities
- Identify and resolve cross-functional challenges to improve workflow and execution
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and sales functions
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability for results
Other responsibilities, initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
