Description of Position

TPG is looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Global HR team. This role is designed for a recruiter who is a talented sourcer, assessor of talent and thrives on the operational execution required to run a seamless search process. You will partner directly with TA leadership to provide critical leverage, executing full-cycle searches while ensuring our existing processes are utilized to their fullest potential. This is a full-desk role where you will own candidate pipelines and screens while simultaneously managing the engine of the search—handling complex logistics, candidate feedback, and moving candidates through to offer. This is a perfect opportunity for an up-and-coming recruiting professional looking to master the foundations of talent acquisition while developing the skills necessary to grow into a senior full-cycle recruiter within a premier global firm.

This position is responsible for owning and driving recruiting efforts across the firm for a wide variety of roles. You will create sourcing strategies (both direct sourcing and managing search firms), develop effective interview plans, and manage candidate pipelines. This role requires the ability to partner with leaders across the organization to understand business priorities and quickly provide direction for their critical hiring needs. As TPG continues to grow, we continue to adjust our recruiting strategies to handle continued volume through increased automation and more sustainable, proactive approaches.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Candidate Experience: Manage a high volume of candidate scheduling, providing timely process management and a high-quality experience; this involves complex scheduling for both in-person and virtual interviews. This consists of managing candidate travel booking, detailed itineraries, and expense reimbursements.
  • End-to-End Search Coordination: Drive the coordination of every search. Manage the full logistical process within the Greenhouse database, including scheduling kick-off calls, regular status update call series, complex interview scheduling, data entry, and status updates.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Create and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies, utilizing direct outreach and managing search firm relationships to ensure a high-caliber talent flow.
  • Source Talent: Research the talent market and source excellent pipelines of talent via direct outreach, job postings, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage a high volume of full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of roles, such as Executive Assistants (EAs), Facilities Management, and other corporate functions, from initial kick-off and interview plan development through to screening, feedback collection, and offer delivery.
  • Operational Leverage: Partner directly with TA leadership to provide execution support, helping to scale the function and handle continued volume while maintaining a white-glove candidate experience.
  • Feedback & Candidate Management: Own the collection and synthesis of interviewer feedback. Manage Greenhouse scorecards and proactively facilitate next-step discussions with hiring managers.
  • Process Optimization: Utilize and refine existing recruiting workflows, identifying opportunities to further automate and enhance the process to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Data & Administrative Support: Maintain absolute integrity of recruiting data. Manage the recruiting email inbox, assist with weekly reports, and help coordinate brand-building events.
  • Broader HR Support: Participate in broader Human Resources team initiatives and projects as needed, across diversity, learning & engagement, performance, development, and other sub-functional areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a fast-paced HR function; experience in a search firm, asset management or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent and build diverse pipelines.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and/or Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred.
  • A self-starter who stays two steps ahead, anticipates the needs of the team, and provides leverage before being asked.
  • The ability to communicate crisply, clearly, and professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A "no task is too small" mindset with a high work ethic and a can-do attitude toward executing and refining processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities on a tight timeline.

It is expected that the annual base salary for this role will range from $90,000 – $110,000. Base salary is one component of TPG’s competitive total rewards package which typically includes discretionary compensation, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Other incentives may also be available to certain eligible employees.
