The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Group Account Director to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving both our clients’ success and the continued growth of our agency. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening client relationships at the highest levels, delivering strategic thought leadership, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of account management. You will champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, setting the tone for your teams and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and agency leadership alike.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain a deep, current understanding of each assigned client’s business, category, and competitive landscape, positioning yourself as an expert who is as invested in their success as they are.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans for clients, providing actionable insights and innovative solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Foster seamless collaboration across all agency disciplines—creative, strategy, planning, retail technology, project management, user experience, digital, and account—ensuring a unified approach to driving client objectives.
- Possess a sophisticated understanding of omni-channel tools and technologies—including print, digital, connected experiences, video, and retail solutions—to help clients navigate and capitalize on today’s complex marketing landscape.
- Take full accountability for account financials, resource planning, staffing structure, and the delivery of high-quality work, ensuring that both client and agency business objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
- Regularly inform senior management and teams about account health, client feedback, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing account teams, conducting performance reviews, developing growth plans, and fostering an environment of continuous professional development.
- Spearhead key client presentations and new business pitches, confidently representing the agency and articulating our value proposition to prospective and existing clients.
- Embody and reinforce TPN’s values, ethics, and commitment to excellence, both internally and externally.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
