The Opportunity
TPN seeks a highly talented, growth-oriented Art Director who will thrive in a collaborative and curious creative environment. He, she or they will focus on concepting and developing compelling visual solutions for retail, digital, social and branded environments. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, strategic and agile thinker who understands how to drive purchase across a variety of commerce touch points including in-store, digital, video, in-store, event and more.
What You Will Do:
- Design with creativity, purpose and precision, mindful of what draws and motivates shoppers
- Intuitive thinker with the ability to translate client needs into visually compelling and impactful designs based on strategy and marketing objectives
- Strong knowledge and appreciation for graphic design, typography, and layout.
- Has an appreciation and understanding for brands and their consumer/shopper. Knows the importance of visuals and its influence on a shopper’s brand choices
- Champions smart ideas and provides rationale that links to strategies, insights and target data
- Ensure designs and concepts stay connected and cohesive throughout multiple touch points
- Proactively partner with copywriters and embraces direction from ACD/CDs as well as feedback from account team partners
- Maintain awareness of contemporary design practices and trends.
- Communicates well and has ability to effectively present creative concepts
- Capable of building final digital files for prepress department in accordance with established guidelines and procedures to ensure highest quality and most efficient processing of final art
- Confidently handles multiple projects of different kinds in a timely manner
Who You Are:
- BA/BS in Graphic Design and/or graduate from Ad school
- 3+ years agency experience
- Portfolio which represents abilities to concept and design compelling work
- Advanced knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Figma is ideal but not required.

Flywheel Commerce Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $55,000 USD

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
