Opportunity
What you'll do:
- Assist the Client Operations Director in delivering creative print and digital point of sale campaigns to market.
- Stay up to date on all projects, working closely with Project Management, Account Service and Print Production teams.
- Communicate operational project needs effectively to the team, providing necessary resources and support to individuals working on the campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Manage data by gathering, recording, and storing it properly.
- Analyze data and reports for leadership, creating captivating visuals to accompany reports and presentations.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of marketing processes, campaign execution, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge and experience leveraging project management software such as Workfront a effectively.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
