Job Summary
The Administrator will develop and apply senior technical expertise in two or more IT disciplines that support the technical infrastructure. This includes implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS Azure AD, MS Teams, Exchange Online and potentially SharePoint Online. Implementation and configuration of app protection policies, compliance and conditional access, and compliance policies. Communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.
Perform administrative maintenance on the M365 tenant services and Hybrid Exchange environment to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations. Support all Messaging services and standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administers and monitors the performance of assigned discipline technologies, performing required maintenance and upgrades as appropriate.
- Perform administrative maintenance on the M365 tenant services and Hybrid Exchange environment.
- Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives.
- Solid understanding of compliance and security around M365 to implement best practices.
- Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for assigned discipline technologies.
- Participates in infrastructure planning and implementation, providing insight into the future of their discipline technologies.
- Promotes technical standards and supports migration efforts to the future infrastructure.
- May act as key technical resource for a project team.
- Technical Expertise Breadth and Depth. Demonstrates senior-level knowledge in two technology disciplines and secondary knowledge in two or more.
Education & Experience
MTA, MCSE and/or MVP certifications a plus.

- Exchange 2016/2019 – 3 to 4 years' experience

Estimated Pay Range
$115,000 - $125,000 USD
