JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This position will help scale the financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities of our rapidly growing company. This role will act as the first point of contact for our services division leaders on finance-related matters and will work closely with the broader Finance team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and is a proactive self-starter.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- First point of contact on finance related matters for Services business and related.
- Assist in development and monitoring of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and all supporting financial analytics including monthly internal reporting and financial variance explanations. Manage and monitor P&Ls and KPIs related to the business.
- Regularly meet with Service Practice leaders to review and discuss monthly results for both revenue and expenses and provide support for maintaining positive financial control.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis on the full P&L including gathering and preparing commentary around the business reasons behind variances to forecast and budget.
- Monitor and review material details related to deals and projects. Escalate the deals with special terms and conditions Finance Director.
- Bring forward opportunities for improving processes and automating reporting.
- Other duties and ad hoc reporting as requested by the supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related major is required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting, particularly in a PE-backed company. Experience specific in supporting an Enterprise level Professional Services organization is a must. OEM experience a strong plus.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Workday Adaptive Planning
- NetSuite
- Power BI
- Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool experience a plus
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical skills and a proven ability to connect data analysis with business issues
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
- Ability to approach requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs
- Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the standard duties of this job, the employee can expect light physical exertion with long periods of standing and/or sitting, frequent walking; limited bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; occasional lifting/moving of items up to 25 pounds.
Hearing and speech communication in person and over the telephone is essential to fulfilling the duties of this position. Specific vision abilities required to read printed materials and a computer screen, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Frequent travel by air or car will be required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently surrounded by other employees and their conversations on the telephone and in person. The noise level and indoor office temperature may vary. Variable work hours required, including evenings.
Estimated Pay Range
$97,000 - $100,000 USD
