We are looking for a L1/L2 Network Analyst to assist with our day-to-day support. Looking for a 6-month engagement with potential to extend if required.
- Must have experience in the following:
- CradlePoint – NetCloud management
- Meraki Switch and Access Points
- 3+ years of network administration
- Network - Internet
- Troubleshooting network connectivity
- ISP (Broadband / Fiber)
- Cellular
- Contact ISP to open a ticket to have NOC resolve on back end or schedule a dispatch for troubleshooting and resolution
- Contact Cellular to troubleshoot and resolution of SIM
- ISP Cutover
- Update E3000 with IP information provided by Commandlink
- Validate WAN connection with onsite tech after installation is complete
- Network – Switch
- Troubleshoot switch connectivity
- Troubleshoot client connectivity
- Network – Access Point
- Troubleshoot AP connectivity
- Troubleshoot client connectivity
- Networking Hardware Replacement Configuration
- E3000 for overnight replacement
- W1855 for overnight replacement
- Meraki Switch overnight replacement
- Meraki AP overnight replacement
- NRO Validation (Smartsheets)
- Validate Staging stage
- Validate Pre-opening stage
- Firmware Updates
- E3000
- W1855
- Firmware Updates
- Modem Firmware Updates
- Meraki Switches
- Fortinet Switches
- Meraki Access Points

$35 - $40 USD
