About the Role:

Trace3 is seeking a Territory Account Representative to help expand our presence in the Austin and San Antonio markets. This role is designed for an early-career seller who wants to develop enterprise sales skills while helping grow new client relationships in one of the fastest-growing technology markets in the country. You will focus on opening doors, building relationships, and creating new opportunities within organizations that may not yet be working with Trace3. The role involves developing new business across the territory while working closely with senior account executives, engineering teams, and leadership. This role provides a clear path toward larger enterprise account ownership as the territory develops.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •      Develop new business opportunities across the Austin and San Antonio markets
  •      Prospect and engage new customers through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
  •      Build relationships with technology leaders and business stakeholders within target organizations
  •      Generate and qualify new opportunities for the broader Trace3 sales organization
  •      Support senior account executives on larger enterprise pursuits
  •      Work with technical specialists to position solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data
  •      Maintain disciplined pipeline activity and consistent prospecting cadence

 

What This Role Requires:

Success in this role requires someone who enjoys being active in the market, meeting new people, and creating opportunities through persistence and initiative.  The role involves regular prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings across the Austin and San Antonio markets. It is best suited for individuals who enjoy building new relationships and developing new business, rather than managing existing accounts.

 

Qualifications:

  •      1–2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in an external or customer-facing role
  •      Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities
  •      Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •      Competitive mindset and strong personal accountability
  •      Interest in building a long-term career in enterprise technology sales
  •      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Estimated Pay Range

$60,000 - $75,000 USD
