YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:
The Account Executive acts as a key contact to clients on project-level work, continually fostering client-agency relationships to build trust and become a valuable resource to clients.
We are looking for the right person to join our team who thrives on challenging themselves creatively, has a relentless curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with internal teams and clients.
- Highly competent at working on both digital and 360 degree campaigns.
- A passion for innovative, big ideas, fostering them from infancy to execution.
- Demonstrate effective communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Establishes effective balance of advisory and advocacy skills with clients and team.
- Understands trending topics on social media and can contribute to an always-on calendar.
- Manage and execute financial processes like creating dockets, estimates and processing invoices. (Handling relationships with our vendors is incredibly important to this account.)
- Manage a wide range of competing priorities while ensuring the team meets all its deadlines and manages projects within prescribed budgets, internal discussions, and meetings.
- Not afraid to seek advice and help from supervisor or team when needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Production experience (digital, social and/or Broadcast) and possesses an integrated background is a plus.
- Experience on automotive categories is a plus.
- Has charisma, a positive attitude, adaptability, the ability to multi-task and be proactive.
- Demonstrates effective communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Has excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working internally and externally to problem solve.
- Has 1-2 years of relevant industry experience

Our hybrid work model:
TRACK's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home three days per week, with in-office (Toronto) attendance on Mondays and Wednesdays.
