Senior Analyst, Reporting (6-month contract)
TRACK Canada is looking for a Senior Analyst, Reporting (6-month contract) to join our award winning Marketing Sciences team.

Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets. The TRACK team makes up 100 of those.
YOUR ROLE:
As Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to campaign reporting and dashboarding projects that help our clients understand how their CRM marketing is performing and help them answer strategic questions about their customers using data.
The Analyst leverages data visualization, data manipulation and statistics knowledge to inform our CRM experience and testing strategy and evaluate impact of our marketing programs.

This role requires navigating fast-paced, client-focused environments with multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities.
This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute and/or lead client reporting and analysis projects
- Create campaign labeling and tracking
- Create timely and accurate reporting
- Deliver insights that inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Analyze marketing and customer data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Build client-ready dashboards.
- Manage your workload and identify risks.
- Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, integrity, and privacy across all client work.
- Stay current on analytics tools, technologies (including AI) and industry trends; champion innovation and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Undergraduate degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related quantitative discipline
- At least 3 years of analytics experience, preferably 1+ years with an Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media firm
- Demonstrated experience with customer data, media & marketing measurement and CRM analytics. An understanding of core marketing analytics concepts including email, SMS and Web metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced level SQL programming skills. Familiarity with Python.
- Hands-on skills in statistical analysis and/or modeling (regression, segmentation, forecasting, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of database marketing principles and database structure
- Presentation skills, data storytelling and the ability to simplify and package complex ideas for presentation and into client-ready documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Natural curiosity and an aptitude for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain focus while working on multiple complex projects and to work with minimal supervision.

Our hybrid work model:
TRACK's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, with in-office attendance the rest of the week from our Toronto office.
This job posting is for a 6-month contract vacancy. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000
